Captain's Match Report
The day didn't get off to a great start as there was some confusion from the golf club as to what our tee off time was. Arrangements were then swiftly made to start our day at the 10th. Also one of our new members really didn't have a good start to the day as Dave Ealham seemed to take offence to Geoff Mills' car tailgate and gave it a Glasgow kiss, but unforetunatley coming off second best! Although Dave rallied to produce a score of 30 also getting nearest the pin on the 8th and a sporty blue plaster! The course was well presented but we all seemed to have struggled to get some big scores in to the clubhouse. The day ended with a very nice meal and presentations. Thanks to all that attended and hope to see you again at Deangate Ridge on the 19th June for the Summer Shield.
