This course is a bit of a trek to get to for most but is well worth the journey. With 31 down to play I'm sure it will be a hotly contested round. To keep the enjoyment of the day going may I please remind everyone about their speed of play. If you can't score please pick up so we can keep the golf flowing.

The ground conditions brought flashbacks of Belgium, but at least it was only from the bottom up not from the top down! Unsurprisingly there were some adjustments to the course with five holes deemed unplayable. The club pro (and Paul Damper) did well to reorganise the round which gave us a full game of 18 holes.
Well done to Trevor Woods and Simon Muir who won Div 2 and 3 with 33 and 34 points respectively. It's great to get a new name on The Valetines Cup, the overall and Div 1 winner was Bary England with 38 points. I witnessed his round which was very tidy and had some impressive putts on the front 9.
Don't forget that March's round is the second Friday of the month (13th) and is at Beasted Golf Club.
