It's not often we get to play Hever in November with such 'good' weather, overcast with light showers was well received. Twenty five players started the round but not all finished, timings worked against a few of the golfers so a handful had to shoot off early.
Well done to all those who completed the round with an extra pat on the back going to the divisional winners, Steve Purves (Div1), Pete Tweddell (Div2) and overall winner Dave Elsworth (Div3).
Next month we're at West Malling for the Christmas Cup, it's the third friday of the month (19th December). Those attending need to bring a wrapped gift up to the value of £10. The winner gets to choose his gift first, second placed second and so on.
