The original venue, Chartham Park, was declared a wash out two weeks before hand. Not a surprise considering the amount of rain we've had! Many thanks to Paul Keenor for sorting us out a round at Kings Hill instead.

The last minute change to Kings hill proved worthwhile as we were blessed with dry weather, when it could so easily have been a disaster. With 24 players attending. The course was in very good condition despite the amount of rain we have experienced and a credit to the green keepers who had obviously toiled hard to keep it open. This probably accounted for the slightly higher than usual green fees but not sure it warranted the cost of the Ham and Eggs which I felt was a little on the mediocre side. Thanks to MAGs powers that be for subsidising the day.
